Every Dockee product is warranted for two years from delivery against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal marine use. That includes structural faults, failed seams and workmanship issues on floating platforms, docks, slides, yacht pools, air sofas and lounge furniture. Because we build with reinforced PVC, drop-stitch fabric, teak-look surfaces and UV- and saltwater-resistant components, covered failures are rare, but if one occurs we stand behind our work. ## What Is Not Covered? The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or neglect of the basic care guidance supplied with your order. Fabrics and finishes are covered against defects, not against fading from extreme prolonged exposure beyond their rated tolerance. ## How Do I File A Warranty Claim? Email or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, a short description of the issue and a few clear photos. Our team reviews claims quickly and will confirm the next step, whether that is a repair, a replacement part or a full replacement. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase; it is all you need to start a claim. ## How Long Does Warranty Coverage Last? The manufacturer warranty applies to all Dockee products for two years from the date of delivery.
