Every order is dispatched fully insured and, for larger pieces such as floating platforms and yacht pools, handled by a white-glove freight partner who coordinates delivery to your berth, dock or door.

Yes. Every Dockee product carries a two-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If a covered fault appears in normal marine use, we will repair or replace the piece.

Dockee products are designed for the marine environment and need very little upkeep. After contact with saltwater, rinse the products thoroughly with fresh water and let them air-dry. Clean fabrics with a mild soap solution and give the teak-look surfaces a regular, gentle clean to keep them looking their best.
When not in use, store inflatable products and covers dry and out of prolonged direct sun. Detailed care guidance is included with every order.
